Tips for Browsing Unbound Collections

Tip 1

Unbound's collections are all digitized materials. In their physical format, collections are not organized together in this same way. It is only here on this site that these materials are arranged together by their subjects (as listed in the side menu on the left and on the Collections page). Materials that are grouped together on Unbound can even be housed in completely separate repositories. You can find out where materials are physically located in the record information or the finding aid.

Tip 2

Some subject areas are very broad and are divided into more specific categories. Others are not. You must click on the broad subject area to find these more specific categories. The broad subject areas are featured in both the side menu on the left and on the Collections page.

Tip 3

There should never be a link that takes you to digitized materials that is broken. If any link does not work, please contact the Archives to view the item.

Tip 4
