The statement includes a description of the proposed action, probable impact on the environment; any potential adverse environmental effects which cannot be avoided, alternatives to the proposed project, and discussion of problems and objections by government officials and private citizens. Also included are photographs, maps, and copies of correspondence with pertinent local and state officials.
